He was founder and President and CEO of Kinross Gold Corporation until 2005. Scott Caldwell - President, CEO and Director Mr. Caldwell is a mining engineer with nearly 30 years experience working in developing and operating mines worldwide and has over 10 years experience working in Nevada. Mr. Caldwell was Chief Operating Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation until August 2006. Hal Kirby - Executive Vice President & CFO Mr. Kirby has 18 years experience in the mining industry, most recently with Kinross Gold Corporation as Vice President and Controller until September 2006. Michael Doyle - Executive Vice President, Operations Mr. Doyle has 30 years experience in the building and operating of mines. Previously, Mr. Doyle was Senior Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation and prior to that, Vice President and General Manager at the Round Mountain Gold Mine. John Ivany - Director Mr. Ivany was Executive Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation until his retirement in May 2006. Prior to joining Kinross, Mr. Ivany held various roles with Noranda Inc., Prime Resources Corporation, and International Corona Corporation. Cameron Mingay - Director Mr. Mingay is a Partner with the Canadian legal firm, Cassels Brock & Blackwell, LLP. Mr. Mingay is a former director of Kinross Gold Corporation and has been working with mining companies for the past 25 years. Terry M. Palmer - Director Mr. Palmer is a former Partner of Ernst and Young where he worked in public accounting primarily with mining companies for over 30 years. He is currently a Director and Chair of the audit committee at Apex Silver Mines Limited. Carl Pescio - Director Mr. Pescio has been a geologist and prospector for 33 years and has assembled the largest private mineral claim package in Nevada during the past 15 years, which was purchased by Allied Nevada in connection with its recent start as a new, independent company. D. Bruce Sinclair - Director Mr. Sinclair is a recent board member of Harris Steel Group Inc. and board member of Visarare Inc. During 1999-2005, he was Chairman and CEO of WaveRider Communications Inc. Mr. Sinclair was also President of Dell Canada and head of Dell Europe. Tracey Thom – Vice President, Investor Relations Ms. Thom has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, most recently with Andina Minerals Inc. as Vice President, Investor Relations.  Prior to that she held the position of Director, Investor Relations and Communications at Kinross Gold Corporation (“Kinross”) and TVX Gold Inc. until its acquisition by Kinross in 2003. Robert Wardell - Director Mr. Wardell is Chairman of Nuinsco Resources Ltd., a director of Katanga Mining Limited where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and is also a director of Phoenix Coal Inc.  Previously Mr. Wardell was CFO of Victory Nickle Inc. and was also an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP.    Scott Anderson - Vice President, Technical Services
