Mr. Robert (Bob) Buchan - Executive Chairman and

Mr. Buchan was the founder and President and C.E.O. of
Kinross Gold Corporation until he left in 2005. Mr. Buchan
has over 35 years of experience in the North American mining
sector. Mr. Scott Caldwell -
President, C.E.O. and Director
Mr. Caldwell was the Chief Operating Officer of Kinross Gold
Corporation until August 2006. Mr. Caldwell is a mining
engineer with nearly 30 years of experience working in
developing and operating mines worldwide and has over 10
years of experience working in Nevada.
Mr. Hal Kirby - Vice President and C.F.O.
Mr. Kirby has over 15 years of experience in the mining
industry, most recently with Kinross Gold Corporation as
Vice President and Controller. Mr.
Michael Doyle - Vice President of Technical Services
and Project Development
Mr. Doyle has nearly 30 years of experience in the building
and operating of mines. Previously, Mr. Doyle was a Senior
Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation, and, prior to that
Vice President and General Manager at the Round Mountain
Gold Mine. Mr. Rick Russell - Vice
President Exploration
Mr. Russell has over 35 years of experience in exploration
and discovery of ore bodies. Mr. Russell was formerly the
Chief Geologist for Gold Fields. Prior to that, Mr. Russell
was the Senior Geologist with Cominco.
Mr. Durand (Randy) Eppler - Director
Mr. Eppler has been the President of Sierra Partners since
2004. Prior to founding Sierra Partners, Mr. Eppler was a Vice
President of Newmont Mining. Mr. Eppler has more than 30
years of experience in natural resource development and
corporate finance.
Mr. John Ivany - Director
Mr. Ivany was Executive Vice President of Kinross
Gold Corporation until his retirement in May 2006. Prior to
joining Kinross, Mr. Ivany held positions with Noranda Inc.,
Prime Resources Corporation and International Corona
Corporation. Mr. Cameron Mingay - Director
Mr. Mingay is a Partner with the Canadian legal firm,
Cassels Brock & Blackwell, LLP. Mr. Mingay is a former
director of Kinross Gold Corporation and has been working
with mining companies for the past 25 years.
Mr. Terry M. Palmer, CPA - Director
Mr. Palmer is a former Partner of Ernst and Young where he
worked in public accounting primarily with mining companies
for over 30 years. He is currently a Director and Chair of
the audit committee at Apex Silver Mines Limited.
Mr. Carl Pescio - Director
Mr. Pescio has been a geologist and prospector for 33 years
and has assembled the largest private mineral claim package
in Nevada during the past 15 years. This package was
purchased by Allied Nevada in connection with our recent
start as a new independent company.
Mr. Mike Richings - Director
Mr. Richings is the President and C.E.O. and Director of Vista
Gold Corporation. Mr. Richings has over 35 years of
experience in domestic and international gold, base metal
and industrial mining projects. Mr. D.
Bruce Sinclair - Director
Mr. Sinclair currently serves on the Boards of
Harris Steel Group Inc. and Visarare Inc. From 1999-2005 he
was the Chairman and C.E.O. of WaveRider Communications Inc.
Mr. Sinclair was also President of Dell Canada and head of
Dell Europe.
Mr. Robert Wardell - Director
Mr. Wardell is Vice President and C.F.O. of Victory
Nickel Inc. and is a director of Katanga Mining Limited
where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Prior to
joining Victory Nickel, he was an auditing partner with
Deloitte & Touche LLP
