Executive

American mining sector. He was founder
and President and CEO of Kinross Gold
Corporation until 2005. |
Scott Caldwell
Mr. Caldwell
is a mining engineer with nearly 30 years
experience working in developing and
operating mines worldwide and has over 10
years experience working in Nevada. Mr.
Caldwell was Chief Operating Officer of
Kinross Gold Corporation until August 2006. |
Stephen Jones
Steve was most recently President, CFO
and Director of EPM Mining Ventures Inc.
Prior to that, Steve was Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer
for Katanga Mining where he successfully
raised approximately $300 million
through various debt financing
instruments and managed the concentrate
marketing group. Other previous roles
include Riverway Petroleum Partners and
El Paso Corporation in the oil and gas
sector, and Freeport McMoran where he
held various positions with
responsibilities ranging from marketing
concentrates to leading the financial
group through acquisitions and raising
capital. Steve holds his B.B.A. in
Finance and is a CPA. |
David Flint
Mr. Flint is
a Geologist with over 35 years in the
industry both exploration and mining He
managed a number of exploration programs
in North America and Indonesia targeting
large porphyry and epithermal deposits.
He has worked in many technical
positions related to large scale, bulk
tonnage open pit and underground mines
worldwide. He joined Allied Nevada from
Rio Tinto as General Manager of Resource
Development where he was mainly focused
on expansion and optimization studies,
and prior to that worked at as a
technical expert through various roles
at Freeport McMoRan.

Warren Woods
Mr. Woods
joined Allied Nevada in January 2008 as
Vice President and General Manager of
the Hycroft Mine. Prior to this, he was
General Manager of Nome Operations for
NovaGold Resources-Alaska Gold and Mine
Manager for Eagle Picher Minerals from
September 2002 to October 2005. Mr.
Woods has over 30 years of mining
experience, with nearly 20 years
managing large-scale, open pit mines and
projects in North America including
Kinross' Round Mountain mine in Nevada
and Fort Knox mine in Alaska.

Daniel Moore
Dan has over
25 years of global mining experience
with the majority of his experience
being in Nevada. Dan joins us from
Kinross Gold Corporation where he was
most recently Director of Technical
Services providing mining engineering
support to many of Kinross' largest
projects, including the Tasiast project
in Mauritania. In his many other roles
at Kinross, Dan has completed projects
from the scoping and feasibility levels
through construction and into operation.
Before moving to head the Technical
Services team in Reno, Nevada, Dan was
the Engineering Manager at Kinross'
Round Mountain mine in central Nevada,
which is a large scale open pit mining
operation that utilizes heap leach and
milling technologies to extract gold and
silver. Prior to this, he held a number
of positions with Pegasus Gold in
Montana and Nevada and at Cortez Gold
Mines in Nevada. Dan holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Mining Engineering.

Deborah Lassiter
Mrs.
Lassiter has over 18 years experience in
the mining industry, specializing in
environmental regulation and compliance.
She joins Allied Nevada from JBR
Environmental Consultants, Inc. where
she was Project Manager providing
consulting advice to industry
professionals and governmental
associations worldwide. Prior to that,
she was with Newmont Mining Corporation
for over 14 years in various
environmental capacities. |
David Hill
Mr. Hill has
33 years of metallurgical experience in
the mining industry. Prior to joining
Allied Nevada, David was the Strategic
Planning Superintendent with Barrick
Goldstrike, and prior to that with
Newmont Mining for 25 years as
Superintendent of various technical
groups. |
Gary Banbury
Mr. Banbury has more than 35 years of human capital experience in mining and will be fundamental in leading the growth for the corporation in both projects and operations. Gary joined us as VP, Mining Support Services of Allied Nevada in January 2012. Prior to this he has served as VP, Human Resources and Administration, Thompson Creek Metals Company from March 2011 to December 2011; President and Chief Operating Officer of RJ Human Capital Services LLC, from March 2010 to March 2011; Senior VP Administration, Alpha Natural Resources LLC from January 2008 to March 2010; Senior VP/Chief Administrative Officer, Coeur D'Alene Mines Corporation, from June 1993 to May 2007. |
Tracey Thom
Ms. Thom has
over 15 years of experience in the
mining industry, most recently with
Andina Minerals Inc. as Vice President,
Investor Relations. Prior to that she
held the position of Director, Investor
Relations and Communications at Kinross
Gold Corporation ("Kinross") and TVX
Gold Inc. until its acquisition by
Kinross in 2003. |
