Vista Gold spun-off its Nevada properties into a separate company, Allied Nevada Gold Corp. in 2006 and distributed shares of Allied Nevada to existing shareholders of Vista. The Fair Market Value of the distributed Allied Nevada shares was US $4.6265 per share.
