Employment Opportunities We are recruiting for the following positions at the Hycroft Mine: Mine Geologist Hycroft Resources and Development, Inc has an immediate opening for a Mine Geologist at its mine site located 55 miles NW of Winnemucca, Nevada. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in the mining industry in an open pit operation. A B.S. degree in Geology or Geological Engineering is required. The Mine Geologist is responsible for all aspects of field and pit mapping, chip and core logging, sample collection, and ore control using Vulcan software. The Mine geologist’s duties will also include collecting and inputting data, generating maps and reports, and tracking mine production. The Senior Engineer is primarily responsible for all aspects of mine planning and scheduling, including Short and Long-Range Planning, Pit Design and Optimization, scheduling Multiple Pits and implementing the Life of Mine Plan to attain short and long range budget objectives. The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years experience in the mining industry in an open pit operation and a B.S. degree in Mining Engineering. The Hycroft Senior Accountant reports to the Controller and assists with the reporting and interpreting of financial data, the maintenance of the system of accounts, and the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and may have some supervisory responsibilities. Two years previous experience working in senior accounting position and a bachelors degree or higher in accounting or a related field or the equivalent is required.
